Bergosa S.r.l. ("Bergosa", "we", "us") is a company registered in Reggio Calabria, Italy, producing and selling premium organic bergamot juice. You can reach us at hello@bergosa.it.

We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us — including your name, email, shipping address, billing details and order history. We also automatically collect limited technical data (device, browser, IP, anonymised analytics).
3. How we use your information
To process and ship orders, manage your account, respond to your enquiries, send you newsletters you have subscribed to, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and experience.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of contract performance, your explicit consent (e.g. marketing), our legitimate interests (improving the service, security), and legal obligations (accounting, tax).
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors who act on our behalf — payment providers, shipping carriers, email and analytics tools — under strict data-processing agreements.

Order data is retained for ten (10) years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
